Adult Tennis Socials

Adult Tennis Socials are held several times per summer . All levels welcome for a fun night of tennis fun! Come alone, bring a spouse or friend. Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share with group.

WBWB will be provided.water, beer, wine and balls!!

Group Lessons

Coach Michael teaches youth and adult group lessons at SARC. For class session times and info, please click here to contact the tennis coordinators.

Cardio-Tennis

Coach Michael has been trained to teach a cardio-tennis class for the adults. This is an exciting fast paced group fitness class. This class will keep you moving, have an interval training effect and be fun! Drills are geared towards all ability levels, including the first time racket holder! You will start with a 5-10 minute warm up, continue with a 40-50 minute aerobic heart pumping mode and end with a 5-10 minute cool down. This is an exciting new class that Coach Michael brings to SARC- please join in to become "fit for life"!!

Private Lessons

Coach Michael is also available for private lessons, please contact him directly at 247-1351.

Pick-up Tennis

Men and women's pick up tennis....men play Monday nights at 7:30pm and women play Thursday nights at 7:30pm. All levels welcome- just show up to play!

Tennis Gate Key

If you need a tennis gate key, please contact Diane Michaud using this form There is a $10 deposit for the first key and a $50 deposit for the second. The keys are needed for after "pool hour" playing. During pool hours, you must enter the main gate to play.
